Pricing Information

All window security products are made to measure and prices will vary accordingly.

Carriage prices vary depending on order quantity and product type.
The carriage prices will be indicated at time of order.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

Making a purchase

To make a purchase, you will need to submit your product requirements and details of your measurements. Our sales team will then provide a quotation. If you wish to proceed, payment will need to be made upfront. (Credit terms available upon request). We will then send you an order confirmation and confirm delivery date.

We accept credit card payment – Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone or fax,

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

We will liaise with our manufacturing team to confirm an exact delivery date and will communicate these dates with our customers and check their availability. Should there be any changes to delivery dates, we will always contact customers and inform them of these changes.

Guarantee and Complaints Procedure

We guarantee your satisfaction; if you are not totally satisfied you can write a formal complaint to the following address:
