How much will it cost to have my order delivered?

Rates will vary according to delivery address, item and delivery quantities. All shipping prices will be quoted accordingly at time of order.

We only deliver window security products to mainland UK

Can I cancel my order and receive a refund once placed?

All of our window security products are made to measure, therefore, we would need to assess what stage the product is at before we can determine whether are not a refund can be issued. We will not accept a cancellation of an order once work on your order has commenced.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All orders of window security products are made to measure and lead times vary according to delivery address, size and quantities ordered. On average, orders will be delivered between 5-15 working days from date of order.

Orders of Hammer Glass take slightly longer at 15-20 working days from date of order.

Please note that that these delivery dates are estimates only. We will endeavour to deliver goods and perform services at the times and dates given, but we do not accept any liability whether consequential or otherwise for any losses or additional costs incurred by you which results from any delay in delivery of goods or in performance of services.

What do I do if my item is delivered damaged?

What is your returns policy?

All orders of window security products are made to measure and as such, returns cannot be made once an order has been placed, unless due to damage in transit.
